When will I obtain the voucher?Two to three days after sending in the form and having remited the amount, You'll obtain the voucher. The voucher does only apply after we have received your payment.
Does the voucher entitle a specific name?
No. The voucher carries a number; the owner makes an appointment with us by telephone.
Beginning in march we jump over the weekends, 9am to 8pm. From Easter on to October we jump every day. During summer time You're supposed to make an appointment 1-2 weeks in advance.
In what weather do you jump?
On the jump day, please contact us by telephone before you leave for Leutkirch (weather check).
In bad weather, f.e. in the rain, we'll arrange an auxiliary date of your choice.
As a matter of principle, we do not take back vouchers.
